Objective To investigate the effect of internet combined with care medical services in the continuity community nursing for diabetes patients. Methods Ninety diabetes patients treated in the outpatient department of our hospital between January 2015 and January 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 45, according to a random number table. The control group received the conventional discharge guidance, while the observation group received the internet combined with medical community family nursing care through WeChat, QQ group, bronchial asthma garden BBS and short message service. Both groups were investigated using the medication adherence scale, quality of life scale (SF-36) and a self-made questionnaire before and after 6 months' intervention. The medication adherence, glycemic control and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results
After the intervention, the fasting blood sugar and blood sugar 2 hours after meals of both groups were better than before the intervention, and the improvement of the observation group was much more significant. Moreover, the medication adherence and life quality of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after the intervention. It can effectively control their blood sugar, enhance their compliance and quality of life.
