Objective To explore the effect of applying the health education precision connection system on compliance, self-management and life quality of glaucoma patients. Methods Totally 100 glaucoma patients treated in the department of glaucoma of Shanxi eye hospital between June and November 2023 were selected as the study objects. Fifty patients admitted between June and August 2023 were selected into the control group, while the rest were chosen into the observation group. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was provided with health education based on the health education precision connection system. After the intervention, the compliance, self-management ability and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the compliance and life quality of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (t=3.202, P=0.002; t=2.555, P=0.012), while the ability of self-management was significantly superior to the latter (t=2.374, P=0.020). Conclusion The application of health education precision connection system helps to improve the compliance, self-management and life quality of glaucoma patients. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
